Project Overview
Grablity is a U.S.-based startup aiming to simplify the way entrepreneurs discover and manage businesses for sale. They envisioned a unified platform where users could browse acquisition-ready businesses, manage deal workflows, upload documentation, and track progress—all from a single interface.
They approached Resolute Solutions to bring this idea to life, starting with MVP development of a robust, full-stack web application built for scalability, usability, and automation.

Goals & Objectives
The core goals for the Grablity platform were:
- Scrape and aggregate business-for-sale listings from various websites.
- Enable users to sign up and browse available business deals based on custom filters.
- Provide a Kanban board-style workflow to help users manage the stages of their deal pipeline.
- Develop a task management system for organizing and uploading deal-related documentation.
- Deliver a KPI dashboard for users to monitor key metrics around their active deals.
